Job Description: Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Professor to join our esteemed faculty in the areas of Information Technology (IT), Finance, Marketing, Operations and International Business. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are committed to academic excellence, research, and fostering student success in their respective fields. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses, conducting research, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging in departmental service and academic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teaching and Instruction:
- Deliver engaging, interactive, and effective lectures for undergraduate and/or graduate students in the designated field (IT, Finance, Marketing, Operations, And International Business).
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, case studies, group discussions, and project-based learning to enhance student understanding and participation.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students, including advising on research projects, Mock Drills and career development.
- Conduct assessments (exams, quizzes, assignments, presentations, etc.) and provide timely feedback to students.

- Research and Scholarly Activity:

- Actively engage in research, scholarly activities, and professional development to contribute to the body of knowledge in the field of specialization.

- Curriculum Development:

- Stay abreast of developments in the respective field (IT, Finance, Marketing, Operations, or International Business) and incorporate new insights, methodologies, and technologies into the curriculum.




- Ensure that course offerings reflect the evolving needs of the industry and academic standards.

- Departmental and Institutional Service:

- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and academic planning activities.
- Assist with student recruitment and orientation programs.
- Engage in service activities that support the growth and development of the department, faculty, and students.

- Educational Requirements:

- A Ph.D. or a Relivant degree in [IT/Finance/Marketing/Operations/International Business] or a closely related field from an accredited institution (candidates with a masters degree and significant professional experience may also be considered).
- Relevant qualified certifications (e.g., CFA for Finance, PMP for Operations, MS Excel, Word, Power BI etc.) are a plus.

- Experience:

- Proven experience in teaching at the undergraduate or graduate level in the assigned discipline.
- Prior industry experience or professional expertise in the relevant field is highly preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver curriculum that meets academic standards and industry relevance.
