Skills & Experience Required

We are looking for an experienced Global Payroll Tax & Compliance Specialist with 10 to 14 years of experience in global payroll tax, compliance, auditing, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing US and EMEA payroll tax regulations, statutory compliance, and payroll operations across global environments.
Required Skills & Experience

- 10 to 14 years of experience in Global Payroll Tax & Compliance or a related payroll domain.
- Strong hands-on experience in Global Payroll is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of US Federal, State, and Local payroll tax regulations.
- Good understanding of EMEA payroll tax and compliance.




- Experience in tax auditing, reconciliation, withholding tax, statutory benefits, and government filings.
- Experience with Expat Payroll / Shadow Payroll / International Assignee Payroll.
- Strong experience in SOX compliance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and ADP is essential.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with internal teams, consultants, tax authorities, and government authorities.
