Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for LAP (Loan Against Property) and Secured Loans.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance revenue growth.

- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and retention.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-7 years of experience in area management or similar role in the NBFC industry.

- Robust understanding of LAP (Loan Against Property) and Secured Loans products.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
