The Organic World is a leading retail chain committed to providing healthy, organic, and sustainable products to customers. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management and distribution.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse organization and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and store teams to ensure stock availability.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation of warehouse transactions and inventory records.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize warehouse productivity.
- Monitor product quality and storage conditions, especially for perishable and organic products.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics supervision.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, grocery, or food industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
