Job Summary:

The Salon Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the salon, leading the team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the salon.
- Supervise, train, and motivate hairstylists, beauticians, therapists, and support staff.
- Schedule employee shifts and manage attendance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor salon cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Oversee appointment scheduling and customer flow.
- Track sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Manage inventory of beauty products, tools, and salon supplies.
- Coordinate product displays and recommend retail products to customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Recruit, onboard, and evaluate staff performance.
- Implement promotional campaigns and loyalty programs.
