Position: Senior Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
Shift: Full-time | Evening/Night

Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruiting: source screen align pay/availability submit
MSP/VMS portal submittals with SLA, docs, and formatting compliance
Advanced sourcing: Boolean, resume databases, social, referrals, AI tools
Validate licenses, shifts, RTO, compliance readiness
Resume optimization + strong submittal notes + quick follow-ups
Partner with compliance/credentialing to speed starts

Must-haves (required)
RN/LPN/CNA placements in the last 24 months (travel preferred)
End-to-end MSP/VMS submission experience
Strong sourcing + excellent English communication
