We are committed to world-class quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.Position: Assistant Manager – QMS & QA (Management Representative)We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Professional with strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001:2015, inspection systems, and continuous improvement practices to strengthen our Quality team.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and improve the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.Prepare and control Quality Manuals, SOPs, procedures, formats, and records.Plan and conduct Internal Quality Audits.Coordinate Customer Audits, Certification Audits, and Supplier Audits.Handle Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection activities.Prepare Sample Inspection Reports and Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) reports.Manage customer complaints, NCRs, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and 8D Reports.Coordinate Management Review Meetings (MRM).Develop and maintain PPAP documentation including Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams,
