Job Description:Fund AccountingMaintain books and records for Private Equity funds and related entitiesProcess capital calls, distributions, and investor allocationsPrepare monthly/quarterly NAV packages and financial statementsPerform bank and portfolio reconciliationsTrack investment activity (funding, exits, valuations)Calculate management fees, carried interest, and expense allocationsSupport audits and investor reportingInvestran SupportAct as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for InvestranPerform data uploads, validations, and reconciliations within the systemTroubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT/vendorsSupport system upgrades, testing (UAT), and enhancementsMaintain chart of accounts, investor data, and fund structures in the systemGenerate and customize reports from InvestranRequired Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2–4 years of experience in Private Equity / Alternative Investment fund accountingStrong hands-on experience with Investran (core requirement)Positive understanding of fund structures (GP/LP), capital activity, and waterfallsSolid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS)Strong Excel skills
