Our focus is on quality, timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and excellence in execution.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Interior Project Manager / Fit-Out Project Manager to lead and execute residential and commercial interior fit-out projects from project initiation to final handover. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership skills, extensive site execution experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionManage end-to-end execution of residential and commercial interior fit-out projects.Prepare detailed project schedules and execution plans.Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion.Coordinate with designers, architects, consultants, and clients.Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.Handle multiple projects simultaneously.Site ManagementSupervise daily site activities and workforce.Ensure proper execution as per approved drawings and specifications.Conduct regular site inspections.Identify and resolve execution challenges proactively.Maintain site safety standards and compliance.Team ManagementLead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.Allocate manpower effectively.Monitor productivity and performance of execution teams.Conduct regular review meetings with project teams.Vendor & Contractor ManagementCoordinate with vendors, suppliers,
