The role requires someone who can build a sharp strategic narrative, develop differentiated ideas and present them confidently to senior brand partners.Key ResponsibilitiesLead creative strategy for pitches and integrated campaigns.Translate briefs into insights, campaign platforms, content ideas and execution frameworks.Build compelling pitch decks with a clear strategic and creative narrative.Develop platform-native ideas across social media, creators,



branded content and offline activations.Track culture, consumer behaviour and emerging content formats.Lead brainstorms and provide clear creative direction to cross-functional teams.Present and defend recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.Mentor junior team members and raise the overall quality of creative thinking.Develop original IPs and scalable creative solutions for brands.What we're looking forMinimum 8 years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, digital, social media or branded content.Strong agency experience and a portfolio of successful pitches or campaigns.Excellent storytelling, deck-writing and presentation skills.Deep understanding of digital platforms, creators, internet culture and consumer behaviour.Ability to balance originality with business objectives, budgets and execution realities.Strong leadership, collaboration and creative judgement.Think you’re a good fit?
