You will work directly on first-party or third-party collection portfolios, utilizing strong negotiation skills and understanding US commercial lending landscapes.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound & Inbound Recovery Calls: Engage with US-based small business owners, C-level executives, and decision-makers regarding delinquent loans, revenue-based financing,
