The ideal candidate should possess solid design and technical skills, be proficient in AutoCAD, and have the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and project teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare architectural plans, elevations, approval drawings, construction drawings, and interior detailing.Develop concept designs and presentation drawings.Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp and EnscapeAssist in area calculations, quantity take-offs, and BOQ preparation.Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other consultants.Research and specify materials, finishes,
