The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing projects from concept to final delivery, with a strong understanding of both production and post-production workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Post-Production* Assist in planning and executing video projects from concept to final delivery.* Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content ideas, scripts, and shot plans.* Support on-set production to ensure smooth execution and maintain creative quality.* Edit long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, performance marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.* Craft compelling stories through pacing, music, sound design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.* Perform color correction, basic color grading, audio cleanup, and final exports.* Organize and manage footage, project assets, and editing timelines to maintain an efficient post-production workflow.* Collaborate with designers and motion graphic artists to integrate graphics and animations where required.* Review edits, incorporate feedback,



and ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.Collaboration & Growth* Work closely with content, marketing, and creative teams to deliver high-quality content on time.* Stay updated with social media trends, editing techniques, and emerging AI-powered creative tools to enhance content quality and production efficiency.* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Requirements* 2–3 years of experience in video production, editing, or digital content creation.* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.* Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite.* Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and content optimized for digital platforms.* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.* Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.G., ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Higgsfield, or similar) is a plus.* A portfolio showcasing video editing and content production work is required.
