We're building that here.The Role: Business Developopment - Video SolutionsYou'll own the full pipeline—from identifying the right prospects to closing the brief, collaborating with our Video Director to shape the solution, and delivering projects that move revenue.Location: Baner, Pune | Type: Full-Time | Start Date: ImmediateWhat you'll do:Prospect and generate pipeline via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and inbound leads; convert conversations into qualified briefsQualify video needs by understanding a brand's product, audience, and growth challenges—then frame the right video solutionPartner with our Video Director to shape creative approaches and proposals that resonate with startup founders and CMOsClose deals and build relationships with early-stage founders and growth-stage brands—our sweet spot is ₹100K–₹500K+ projects with rapid sales cyclesThis is a hunter role. You're expected to generate leads, nurture existing leads and convert them into paying clients.



You're comfortable with ambiguity in early-stage deals and energized by startup energy.Who We're Looking ForNon-negotiable:Experience selling creative services or video-adjacent products2–4 years in video production, creative agency, or digital marketing (you understand how creative briefs work and can talk to businesses about their problems & solutions)Proven ability to prospect and generate leads—LinkedIn, cold email, or outbound outreachConsultative sales mindset—you're here to understand the client's need, decode and propose video growth solutionsComfort with ambiguity—startups don't always know what they need; you help them figure itoutAbility to start immediately and ramp fastNice to have:Familiarity with product positioning and go-to-market strategyEntrepreneurial background (founder, startup operator, or scrappy agency experience)No Prior Experience?
