We are #hiring for a leading NGO!Job Description:Lead the organisation's Finance, Governance & Legal function, serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board while ensuring financial integrity, statutory compliance, and solid governance frameworks.Provide strategic financial leadership, long-term financial planning, budgeting, and Board-level financial insights.Oversee financial management, accounting operations, payroll, statutory deductions, internal controls, and Tally-based financial systems.Lead donor financial reporting, fund utilisation tracking, grant compliance, and financial modelling for fundraising initiatives.Ensure compliance with FCRA, FEMA, Companies Act (Section 8), Income Tax (12A/80G), CSR regulations, and other statutory requirements.Manage governance processes, Board documentation, legal matters, compliance calendars, and policy reviewsLead statutory and internal audits while maintaining relationships with auditors, bankers, government authorities, and legal advisors.Build and mentor a high-performing Finance & Accounts team while strengthening systems, controls,
