This role is suited for someone who can balance execution with analysis, without needing a therapy session every time a spreadsheet gets complicated.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Operations & Accounting· Manage day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, invoicing, payments)· Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation· Perform bank reconciliations and track financial transactions· Support payroll inputs and final settlements2.



Financial Reporting & Analysis· Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial summaries· Track key financial metrics and highlight trends or variances· Support preparation of basic financial statements3. Budgeting & Planning· Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities· Monitor actuals vs budget and flag deviations· Support cash flow tracking and planning4. Compliance & Audit Support· Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)· Maintain records for audit readiness· Coordinate with auditors and external consultants when required5.
