Role Description As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Globelance, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across global markets. You will assist in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records in our systems. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with hiring partners, helping to create job postings, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent. You will also help analyze recruitment data and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience. This is a full-time remote role, offering hands-on experience in modern, tech-enabled talent acquisition within a global platform setting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting, with an interest in learning end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Interviewing,



including supporting interview coordination and candidate evaluation.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Employer Branding, helping to promote Globelance's value proposition to candidates and partners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a remote setting.
- Comfort with digital tools, applicant tracking systems, and online collaboration platforms; prior experience with HR or recruiting software is a plus.
- Academic background in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred; internship or project experience in recruitment or HR is beneficial.
- Motivation to learn, openness to feedback, and the ability to work independently in a distributed, global team environment.
