Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the technical design, architectural strategy, and end-to-end implementation of complex solutions across Salesforce Automotive Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, designing integrated, scalable architectures that elevate customer journeys across the automotive lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Architecture: Lead end-to-end technical architecture and data design across Salesforce Automotive Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Domain Strategy: Translate complex automotive business processes (vehicle lifecycle, dealer operations, telematics data, customer service) into scalable Salesforce architectures.
- Integration & Data Modeling: Design seamlessly integrated solutions connecting Automotive Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external systems (ERP, Dealer Management Systems, telematics platform).
- Omnichannel Engagement: Architect personalized marketing journeys and data flows using Marketing Cloud (Email, SMS, Mobile Push, Journey Builder)

- Technical Governance: Establish best practices, data privacy standards, and architectural frameworks while mentoring development and implementation teams.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Salesforce Expertise: Proven track record as a Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect.
- Automotive Cloud (Mandatory): Hands-on experience designing and implementing Salesforce Automotive Cloud (Data Model, Vehicle & Asset Management, Driver Console, Dealer Performance).
- Marketing Cloud (Mandatory): Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, AmpScript, Data Extensions).
- Cross-Cloud Integration: Deep experience integrating Salesforce Core/Industry clouds with Marketing Cloud and 3rd-party systems.
- Certifications Required:
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant / Developer

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Data Cloud (formerly CDP) or MuleSoft integration.
- Prior experience working within the Automotive OEM, dealership, or mobility sector.
