Role Description:

- This is a full time, on-site B2B Sales and CRM Executive role based in Surat.
- The role involves identifying and engaging corporate clients, presenting gifting solutions, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
- The executive will maintain and update CRM records, track interactions and follow-ups, and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Nurturing long-term client relationships
- Handling inquiries
- Coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment
- Gathering feedback to improve customer experience.

The role also includes supporting customer retention initiatives and contributing ideas to enhance corporate gifting offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills with experience in B2B or corporate sales.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Experience skills to manage client interactions effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, CRM reports, and customer feedback.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Customer Retention, including relationship management and post-sales follow-up.
- Relevant experience in CRM tools or sales software is beneficial.
- Background in corporate gifting, retail, or related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple client accounts, and meet full-time schedule requirements.
