Key Responsibilities

• Review RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.

• Coordinate with sales, Delivery, technical, and HR teams to gather inputs.

• Assist in preparing proposals, capability decks, and compliance matrices.

• Maintain bid trackers and documentation libraries.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solution offerings, features, and industry trends.





• Assist in organizing promotional events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.

• Track and follow up on leads, opportunities - ensuring timely communication and conversion.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

• Conduct solution demonstrations, handle customer visits and engagements.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and documentation abilities.

• Strong analytical and comprehension skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
