Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Senior Creative Designer with a strong background in branding, campaign design, digital content, and visual storytelling. This individual will play a key role in shaping and evolving Battery Smart's visual identity while driving creative excellence across marketing, product, growth, and employer branding initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with creative thinking, understands how to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Design & Visual Identity

- Own and evolve Battery Smart's visual identity across all customer, partner, and employee touchpoints.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital assets, retail branding, presentations, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and brand guidelines.
- Create high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand recall and engagement.

Campaign Development & Creative Storytelling

- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, performance marketing, events,



and on-ground activations.
- Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts and creative narratives.
- Collaborate closely with content, growth, and marketing teams to develop impactful campaign creatives.
- Support product launches, brand initiatives, and strategic business campaigns.

Digital & Content Design

- Design creative assets for social media, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, mobile app communications, and performance marketing.
- Create presentations, infographics, motion graphics, and visual content that simplify complex information.
- Develop conversion-focused creative solutions that support business growth objectives.
- Ensure all digital assets are optimized for engagement and performance.

Creative Leadership & Collaboration

- Partner with marketers, copywriters, videographers, product teams, and external agencies to deliver integrated creative solutions.
- Provide creative direction for video shoots, photography projects, and brand campaigns.
- Review creative output to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Mentor and guide junior designers while fostering a culture of creative excellence.

Design Operations & Innovation





- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.
- Continuously improve creative workflows, processes, and team efficiency.
- Explore innovative ways to enhance storytelling and customer engagement through design.

What You Will Need

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- 6–8 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, visual communication, or creative roles.
- Experience working in startups, consumer brands, technology companies, D2C businesses, or creative agencies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign design, digital content, and visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong working knowledge of Figma and modern design collaboration tools.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and AI-assisted creative tools is preferred.
