Role Description The Senior Quality Analyst is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for designing and executing test plans, performing detailed quality checks on products and processes, and ensuring adherence to established quality standards. The Senior Quality Analyst will analyze data, identify defects and process gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Daily responsibilities include preparing test documentation, tracking issues, participating in reviews, and providing clear feedback to stakeholders. The role also involves mentoring junior team members,



supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to the refinement of quality frameworks and best practices.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to perform systematic testing, inspections, and defect tracking across products and processes.
- Candidates should possess Quality Assurance skills to design and maintain test plans, frameworks, and procedures that uphold consistency and reliability.
- Candidates should possess Quality Management skills to contribute to the development and implementation of quality standards, metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to document findings clearly, collaborate with technical and business teams, and present quality insights to stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in financial services, fintech, or investment products is beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with testing tools, defect management systems, and basic SQL or data analysis tools is an advantage.
