Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Coimbatore. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit processes. This role will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and maintain accurate HR documentation and HRIS records. The Human Resources Manager will partner with leadership to identify workforce needs, support talent development, and coordinate training and development initiatives.



The role will also handle employee relations, address workplace concerns with confidentiality and fairness, and support a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture aligned with BrandingBeez's business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and HRIS records.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace environment.
- Ability to plan and coordinate training, talent development, and career progression initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leadership and teams.
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Experience in a digital, IT, or agency workplace is an advantage; prior exposure to offshore or global teams is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are beneficial.
