Role Description The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for developing and executing the SEO strategy to increase organic visibility and traffic for Swades AI's digital properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting comprehensive site and content audits, performing keyword research, optimizing on-page elements, and collaborating with content and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all initiatives. The SEO Manager will plan and manage ethical link-building campaigns, monitor performance using web analytics tools, and generate actionable reports and insights. This role also involves coordinating with marketing stakeholders to align SEO activities with broader brand and demand-generation goals,



continuously testing and refining tactics based on data.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct thorough SEO Audits and implement technical and on-page optimizations based on findings.
- Strong skills in Keyword Research and search intent analysis to guide content and landing page strategies.
- Experience with Link Building, including outreach and partnership strategies that follow ethical, white-hat practices.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO platforms) to track, measure, and report performance.
- Solid understanding of Marketing principles, including content, brand, and demand generation, and how SEO supports these objectives.
- Hands-on experience with on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO (crawlability, indexation, site speed), and schema markup is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote workplace and collaborate across teams.
- Previous experience managing SEO for technology, AI, or SaaS organizations and familiarity with AI-related topics are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
