Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA / Legal Engineer with experience in Legal Tech and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal contracting processes, quality assurance methodologies, and requirements validation to ensure the delivery of high-quality CLM solutions.

Responsibilities

- Review and analyze business and functional requirements.
- Understand and validate legal contracting workflows and CLM processes.
- Develop and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB/LLM); an Engineering or Computer Science degree is a strong advantage
- 3–8+ years in Legal Tech, CLM, or QA
- Strong understanding of legal contracting processes and document lifecycle.
- Experience preparing Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs) and test documentation.
- Excellent analytical,
