THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven Implementation Consultant to onboard and configure LeadSquared's CRM and LOS platform for our clients. As an IC, you will work directly with customers to gather requirements, design solutions, conduct training, and ensure a smooth go-live. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, technology, and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Implementation

- Own end-to-end implementation for assigned client accounts, from kick-off through go-live.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and workflow specifications.
- Configure the LeadSquared CRM/LOS platform to align with client processes and business objectives.
- Develop and execute implementation project plans, ensuring timely delivery within agreed scope.
- Conduct platform demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and pre-go-live validation.

Client Engagement & Training

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Deliver product training sessions for end-users, power users, and administrators.
- Provide clear, structured documentation including configuration guides, SOPs, and training materials.
- Manage client expectations proactively and escalate blockers to senior team members when needed.

Solutioning & Configuration





- Translate complex business requirements into scalable workflows, automations, and integrations on the LeadSquared platform.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams for technical escalations, bug reports, and feature requests.
- Ensure implementations adhere to best practices, standard frameworks, and quality benchmarks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams for seamless client handoffs.
- Provide structured feedback from client engagements to help improve the product and delivery process.
- Support pre-sales activities with demos and solutioning inputs for prospect conversations.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, CRM configuration, or technical consulting.
- Hands-on experience with CRM or LOS platforms (LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and operational business workflows.
- Ability to independently manage client communications and project timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to business stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Postman (basic API testing), JIRA, or project management tools.

Positive to Have

- Prior experience in BFSI, EdTech, or Healthcare verticals.
- Basic SQL knowledge or familiarity with data migration processes.
- Exposure to integration technologies (REST APIs, webhooks).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
