The role involves proactive telecalling, handling student and parent inquiries, counselling prospective students, and converting leads into successful admissions while consistently achieving enrolment targets.Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Lead ManagementMake 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective students and parents from provided lead databases.Handle inbound inquiries via phone, Whats App, and email professionally.Conduct cold calling and regular follow-ups on assigned leads.Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.Track daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion performance.Achieve assigned admission and enrolment targets.Admission CounsellingCounsel students and parents regarding university programs, eligibility criteria, admission process, fee structure, scholarships,
