Position Overview
The role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across various facilities. The ideal candidate for professionals with moderate experience are ready to take ownership of projects while continuing to grow their leadership and technical skills. This role will work closely with internal teams, contractors,
and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
• Manage construction project lifecycles from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Support procurement and vendor selection processes.
• Participate in site meetings and oversee on-site activities as needed.
• Assist in sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
• Familiarity with construction processes, building systems, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP or CAPM certification (or in progress).
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
• Exposure to mission-critical or data center environments.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices or LEED accreditation.
