Required Skills

10+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering, with experience leading QA teams.Strong experience in Retail POS / mPOS domain.Hands-on experience with Windows-based application testing and its Automation.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).Robust automation experience using: Playwright + JavaScriptWinAppDriverAppium +JavaExperience in API and integration testing and its automation.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps/Jira, and CI/CD.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience leveraging AI-powered engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code, Devin, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate test automation, improve engineering productivity, and drive modern Quality Engineering practices.Preferred

Experience with retail peripherals (barcode scanners, receipt printers, payment terminals, cash drawers).Experience with performance and non-functional testing.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
