Job Summary
To be responsible for managing transformation project for delivering the training requirement to the client / end customer

Key Responsibilities
• Extensive SAP experience in various modules and best practice knowledge in one or more industries
• A successful track record of training delivery within SAP-supported organizations
• Demonstrable SAP classroom training delivery and workshop facilitation skills
• Proven experience defining and developing effective SAP training materials using a variety of tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, WalkMe, EnableNow, Video, Gamification




• Ability to conduct a training needs assessment
• Ability to utilize training attendee feedback for continuous improvement
• Demonstrable coaching skills
• Very robust knowledge of “typical” training methodology, processes, and procedures
• Ability to define and design a role-based training curriculum that incorporates both business process and SAP technical content
• Outstanding consulting and analytical skills
• A minimum of 5 years internal or external business consulting experience
• Ability to work with individuals from all levels within an organization
• Post-graduate business degree or equivalent experience
