Your Role: Talent Acquisition Associate
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support hiring for the Elanco Innovation and Alliance Centre (IAC), India. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, with a strong focus on R&D.; You will partner closely with IAC and global hiring managers and stakeholders to understand complex and evolving talent needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality hires in a competitive talent market. This role plays a critical part in enabling IAC’s innovation and operational excellence through strong talent acquisition.





Your responsibilities:

• Partner with IAC and global hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver full-cycle recruitment, including intake discussions, talent mapping, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, and offer management.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche and specialized talent, with a focus on R&D; roles.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates through market research, networking, and proactive engagement.
• Deliver a high-quality and consistent candidate experience, strengthening Elanco’s employer brand across talent communities.
• Lead offer discussions and salary negotiations in collaboration with Hiring Managers and HRBPs, ensuring alignment with company policies and market benchmarks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within IAC, including process optimization, reporting, and recruitment best practices.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 5–8 years of in-house recruitment experience, with exposure to technical, R&D;, or functional hiring.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
• Experience hiring for R&D; or scientific roles is a strong advantage.




• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with cross-functional leaders.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with Workday or a similar ATS is an advantage.
