Ultra-safe work environment Recruiter: Stéphanie Reid / [email protected] / (phone hidden) The primary purpose and goal of this position is to safely operate and maintain efficiencies at our Hamilton plant, and aid in supporting both the SMR Outside and Lead Hand Operator roles . Operate, maintain low and high pressure steam systems, industrial gas networks, cryogenic plants and pipeline systems. Operate and maintain environmental control equipment.



Operate equipment to support various production units; cryogenic systems, including turbines, pumps, compressors, cooling towers, water treatment systems, steam and gas systems, and distillation columns. Operate control systems (DCS and local HMIs) to ensure safe and effective operation of ASU and SMR facilities. Perform chemical analysis on process water, steam systems, industrial gasses, cryogenic liquids and adjust systems to maintain operations. Provide isolation, lockouts, clearances and safe work permits on utilities, process systems and equipment. Assist in the development of energy isolation procedures, protected work practices and operating procedures.

Required Qualifications: This position requires a minimum of a 4th Class Power (Operating) Engineering Certificate. Minimum of 3 years experience in an industrial environment, acting in an operations focused position.
