We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy user stories as per sprint plans
- Provide L3 support and resolve production issues
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Daily Scrum meetings
- Perform Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT activities
- Defect analysis, bug fixing, and solution validation
- Conduct Key User Training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Prepare project documentation and status reports
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of SAP consulting experience
- At least 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture




- Expertise in SAP Service Management (Customer Service / Field Service)
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and Analytics
- Knowledge of integration technologies such as SAP CPI, PI/PO, API Management, and PROAXIA Connector
- Exposure to SAP Cloud solutions including SAP BTP, C4C, and FSM
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and system configuration
- Valuable understanding of SAP Activate Methodology and Agile delivery practices
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- SAP Certification in S/4HANA or related modules is preferred
