About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Non Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across business functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical and business roles.
- Understand hiring requirements by partnering with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews, onboarding new candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Negotiate compensation and manage the offer rollout process.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines while maintaining quality of hire.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Business Development or other non-technical roles.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience with ATS/HRMS tools.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
