- Allo Health | Bangalore (Indiranagar)
- Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: ₹20,000
What does this role entail
Most of your time will be spent designing protocols, training content, and ideating on how to expand our therapy vertical: things that go invisible but make a huge impact on the client's ultimate experience. This is not a clinical, or a client facing role. You may interact with clients only to do user research.
You will not just plan, but also execute and manage the day-to-day working of a mental health startup- working to increase client and clinician satisfaction through knowledge development, data analysis, and experience design.
If you enjoy building systems, working with data, and seeing your ideas go live, this role will push you and reward you.
What You'll Build & Own
As a Program Management Intern, you won't just assist- you'll design, run, and improve programs end-to-end:
- Design and run clinician training programs from scratch- this will be used by doctors and therapists across Allo
- Create SOPs, playbooks, and learning resources that simplify complex clinical workflows
- Work closely with product, ops, and clinical leaders to build scalable systems and not just slide decks
- Analyse training and performance data to understand what's working and what's not
- Read dashboards, trackers, and reports to answer crucial questions
- Take ideas from problem → solution → rollout → measurement
Who This Is Perfect For
This role is a outstanding fit if you:
- Love structured problem-solving and bringing order to chaos
- Enjoy working with data, logic, and systems
- Are curious about healthcare, education, operations, or product thinking
- Want real responsibility instead of observation
- Care about impact and want your work to actually matter
Skills We're Looking For
You don't need to know everything on Day 1, but you should be excited to learn fast.
Must-haves:
- Background in Psychology (MA/MSc in Psychology)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Comfort working with data to answer real questions
- Basic to intermediate data analysis skills
- Comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and structured reporting
- Clear written communication and documentation skills
What You'll Take Away
By the end of this internship, you will have:
- Built and run real programs and processes used by clinicians across India
- Used data to drive decisions, not just analyse hypotheticals
- Learned how healthcare operations and clinician systems work at scale
- Worked closely with senior clinical, product, and ops leaders
- Highly likely to convert to full-time employee
