About the Role

We seek someone who can perform 360-degree validations of profiles with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

- Must have excellent English communication skills.
- Proven experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US hiring practices, visa types, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Able to work remotely and ONLY on the night shift in the PST time zone, no exceptions.
- Experience with ATS and job portals, including Dice and LinkedIn.
