At PERCH, we're looking for a Content Strategist who understands culture, fashion, and consumer psychology — not just content creation.

If you know how to transform insights into compelling narratives, build content that influences buying decisions, and create campaigns that people remember, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Own

• Develop and execute PERCH's content strategy across digital platforms.

• Create campaign narratives for product launches, seasonal collections, and brand initiatives.

• Develop content frameworks, creative briefs, and storytelling concepts.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice across social media, website, and digital campaigns.

• Collaborate with creative teams, designers, marketers, and influencers to bring ideas to life.

• Analyze content performance and optimize strategies using audience insights.

• Stay updated with fashion, lifestyle, creator economy, and digital content trends.

We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Brand Content, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.





• Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, campaign thinking, and creative execution.

• Experience with Fashion, Lifestyle, or D2C brands is highly preferred.

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Location: Udyog Nagar, West Delhi (On-site)

Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
