Responsibilities

To manage the assigned area efficiently and effec promotions & business activities.

Achieve the business targets by ensuring adequat generation and positive quality of loans.

List in the order of importance the duties & respons job)

o Develop and generate business for assigned area

o Train & guide team on selling techniques, busines credit parameters

o Monitor & track team performance

o Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field in other checks, relationship development and o marke

o Follow up & ensure credit approval from the concer files submitted

o Monitor portfolio of the branch and ensure non-ove

o Manage legal initiatives of IPA cases

o Manage PDD of the branch

o Manage audit & compliances there on

o Manage external agencies

o Manage business development of the assigned bra

o Manage customer & employee grievances

o Maintain TAT from acquisition till disbursement
o Third party bill/payment management

Qualifications

- Graduate in Any degree
- Minimum 4+ Year of Experience in Home loan Sales
