Role Description The Interior Designer role at RDS Digital is a full time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, planning functional spaces, and creating detailed layouts for client projects aligned with brand and marketing objectives. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing construction drawings, selecting finishes, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;), and coordinating with architects, vendors, and contractors to ensure designs are executed accurately. The role also involves meeting clients to understand requirements, presenting design proposals and mood boards, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all designs comply with safety and regulatory standards.



The Interior Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling, user-centered environments that support digital and physical brand experiences.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design skills, including concept development and visual presentation.
- Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to create efficient, functional, and aesthetically balanced layouts.
- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to interpret and prepare technical documents for project execution.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; skills, including selecting finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment aligned with design and budget requirements.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) is beneficial.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, project management abilities, and effective communication skills are important.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and working directly with clients is an advantage.
