Better Vision Media is looking for a creative, organised and proactive Social Media Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad.

Job location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (near Shyamal Cross Roads)

Experience required: 0–2 years

Fresh graduates with an academic background in media, communications, journalism, marketing, advertising, public relations or a related field are also encouraged to apply.

Note:This is a content-focused role, NOT a digital marketing role. Candidates whose primary experience or career interests are in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, paid advertising, performance marketing, website optimisation or other technical digital marketing functions should NOT apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and managing social media content calendars for the company and its clients.
- Research relevant topics, industry developments, social media trends and content opportunities.
- Develop content ideas for Instagram reels, carousel posts, stories, captions, LinkedIn posts and short-form videos.
- Write clear, engaging and platform-appropriate social media copy.
- Experience in content creation strategy for founders and individuals is an asset.
- Proficiency in designing basic creatives on Canva is a big asset.
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.




- Manage multiple social media accounts while ensuring timely and accurate posting.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, audience responses and maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging and visual communication.
- Stay informed about new platform features, content formats and social media trends.

Candidate Requirements:

- 0–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, communications, media, public relations or a related field.
- Freshers with a relevant academic background and strong content skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (non-negotiable).
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
- Ability to research topics and convert information into engaging social media content.
