We are looking for a highly analytical, commercially minded and execution-focused Growth & Performance Manager to improve how the startup acquires, activates, retains and grows customers. This is not a reporting-only role: you will connect marketing spend, app behaviour, orders, cohorts and retention data to identify funnel gaps and investment opportunities, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Performance & funnel measurement: Track CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion, AOV, contribution, repeat rate and LTV; analyse the journey from install to repeat purchase.

• Campaign optimisation & experiments: Evaluate audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages and channel mix across Meta, Google and emerging channels; run A/B tests.

• Retention & lifecycle: Support customer segmentation and journeys across WhatsApp, push, email and in-app communication to improve engagement and repeat behaviour.

• Dashboards & forecasting: Build weekly dashboards and forward-looking forecasts for spend, orders, revenue and customer metrics.

• New growth levers: Assess referrals, affiliates, creators, partnerships,



communities and offline-to-online activations based on ROI and acquisition quality.

• Tracking & data quality: Strengthen UTMs, event tracking, attribution and reporting across the app, CRM and advertising platforms.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3+years of experience in growth analytics, performance marketing, business analytics, lifecycle marketing or user growth.

• Experience in quick commerce, grocery, FMCG, D2C, e-commerce, consumer apps or another high-frequency category is strongly preferred.

• Solid command of Excel/Google Sheets and working knowledge of SQL; exposure to Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio is preferred.

• Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohorts, funnels and retention; exposure to GA4, GTM, MMPs and CRM tools is a plus.

• Strong academic background; Tier-1 education preferred, with the ability to turn complex data into clear commercial recommendations.

• High ownership, attention to detail and comfort in an early-stage environment; based in Gurugram or willing to relocate and work from the office.
