Position: Manager – Accounts Payable

Location: Andheri,Mumbai (On-site)

Compensation: ₹60,000–₹80,000 per month

Experience: 6–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate journal entries, accruals, and timely month-end closing activities.
- Monitor payable ageing, cash outflows, and payment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and internal financial controls.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.




- Prepare MIS reports and identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency.

Requirements

- 6–8 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a D2C company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, accruals, and vendor reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
