- Job Profile:-
- Review RFQs, datasheets, drawings, and specifications to extract design and costing requirements.
- Perform basic design calculations: thickness, nozzle sizing, plate development, weight estimation, MOC review.
- Support ASME / TEMA-based design checks in coordination with engineering team.
- Prepare BOQs, cutting plans, MTOs, and fabrication breakdowns.
- Assist in costing: raw materials, consumables, machining, fabrication hours, NDT, PWHT, painting.
- Coordinate with procurement for vendor quotes for bought-out items.
- Prepare technical queries, deviation lists, compliance statements.
- Support preparation of full techno-commercial proposals with correct cost inputs.
- Maintain engineering and estimation documentation, templates, and historical records.

- Skills:-
- Knowledge of ASME Sec VIII, ASME IX, TEMA, IBR, API is preferred.
- Experience with fabrication processes, welding, machining, and NDT is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and basic design tools.
