Role Description The Store Manager role at EcoSoch Solar is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring a well-organized and welcoming store environment. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their sustainability and solar energy needs, and providing informed guidance on products and services. The Store Manager will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, implementing retail loss prevention practices,



and maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for stock replenishment, reporting on store metrics, and supporting promotional activities aligned with EcoSoch Solar's mission.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and partners.
- Store Management experience, including oversight of daily operations and inventory control.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard assets and reduce shrinkage.
- Experience in retail, preferably in sustainable products, solar energy, or related sectors.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, with sound people management and coaching skills.
- Basic understanding of solar energy solutions or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Comfort with using point-of-sale systems and basic office software.
- Relevant educational background in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
