Role Description The Senior Golang Cloud Engineer will design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications and services using Go, working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and reliable systems. Responsibilities include architecting microservices, implementing APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring high availability and security in cloud environments. The role involves participating in code reviews, mentoring team members, improving development processes, and collaborating on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close coordination with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver robust,



production-ready solutions.
Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Golang and experience building microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and core services such as compute, storage, networking, and managed databases.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and experience deploying and operating services in production.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and tools like Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, observability, and performance optimization (logging, metrics, tracing).
- Experience with security best practices for cloud applications, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding standards.
- Ability to design and review technical architectures, write clean and testable code, and conduct thorough code and design reviews.
- Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to mentor and guide other engineers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in telecom, networking, or other high-performance, distributed domains is a plus.
