Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate and administer a wide range of commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with legal standards and business objectives. Analyze contract terms to identify potential legal and business risks and propose practical solutions to mitigate exposure. Interpret complex legal provisions and provide clear guidance to internal stakeholders across sales, procurement, operations, and finance. Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and procedures and escalate issues where necessary to legal leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals while safeguarding Mitel’s legal and commercial interests. Maintain accurate records and manage the contract lifecycle using the contracts database. Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum 5+ years of experience in legal drafting,



contract negotiation, and risk analysis within a commercial environment. Proven ability to draft precise and effective legal language tailored to various contract types. Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving legal risks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal teams and external parties. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment. Ability to perform role in German, supporting the DACH region is considered a strong asset.
