Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Office Maintenance: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning furniture, and maintaining general hygiene in workspaces and meeting rooms.
- Administrative Support: Photocopying, scanning, filing, and transporting files/documents between departments.
- Errands: Delivering documents, packages, or letters to other offices, banks, or post offices.
- Pantry Duties: Serving water, tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Equipment Care:



Assisting in the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

Required Qualifications & Skills
