- Production Management: Oversee and coordinate production activities, ensuring targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Team Supervision: Lead, guide, and motivate the shift team, ensuring proper shift handovers and maintaining a positive work workplace.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor and optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce downtime, resolving operational issues promptly.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and relevant regulations during the shift.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the proper maintenance of machinery and equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams for timely repairs.




- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate shift logs, production records, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational and personnel-related issues that arise during the shift.

Qualifications
