Job Summary
As a Subject Matter Expert in Support & Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and effective resolution of escalations and incidents related to Citrix XenDesktop, Provisioning Services (PVS), and Machine Creation Services (MCS). You will leverage your expertise to uphold service level agreements (SLAs) while enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure Timely Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Tickets And Incidents By Leveraging Expert Knowledge In Citrix Xendesktop, Pvs, And Mcs, While Adhering To Agreed Slas.
2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators By Sharing Expertise, Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops), And Maintaining Robust Documentation To Enhance Operational Efficiency And Knowledge Sharing.

Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Human Error Compliance, And Actively Participate In Capacity Planning Sessions To Optimize Resource Allocation And Performance.
4. Foster Positive Customer Feedback And Satisfaction By Actively Engaging In Customer Meetings To Address Issues, Gather Insights, And Provide Effective Solutions In A Timely Manner.
5. Conduct Thorough Analyses, Including Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis, And Prepare Detailed Reports To Present Findings And Performance Metrics To Key Business Stakeholders For Informed Decision-Making.
