Job Summary
The Senior Administrator in Support and Operations plays a critical role in delivering advanced technical support and ensuring operational excellence. This position is essential for troubleshooting complex issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and security posture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Advanced Technical Support For Ca Api Gateway And Ca Siteminder By Diagnosing Complex Incidents, Conducting Root Cause Analysis, And Implementing Effective Solutions To Resolve Security And Operational Issues.
2. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Support Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And Enhance Security Measures, Ensuring All Incidents Are Addressed Within Agreed Slas.
3. Develop And Maintain A Comprehensive Knowledge Base By Documenting Troubleshooting Procedures And Solutions,



Facilitating Knowledge Sharing And Training For New Team Members.
4. Coach And Mentor Analysts To Improve Their Technical Skills And Enhance Team Performance, Focusing On Operational Efficiency And Customer Service Excellence.
5. Drive Initiatives To Improve Customer Experience And Satisfaction By Aiming For First Call Resolution And Minimizing Case Reopens Or Rejected Resolutions While Proactively Mitigating Security Threats.
